This area is a new topic for me, but it's one that comes up all the time in my family, because we are not ignorant, we are openminded, and we see through bullshit. This means that I know how ridiculous the arguing over the budget is, because neither side really wants to trim the fat, especially if it means giving up one of their stupid precious agendas (I can't even name one of them right now because every time I hear them talking about them, I yell "bullshit!" and change the radio or stop watching the news clip). They have beaten their drums about everything, except what really matters. I do, however, check out Facebook every day, just to see what people are posting about, because that's also usually what people are talking about. I see a lot about gun control. My sister posts a lot about taxes and how ridiculously high they are getting, with which I agree. I'm tired of filing tax forms every year, getting excited about getting back the money the government has OVER-taken from me. I also really think it's horse poo that once you buy a house with a little property, you think, "this is mine, I own this," but NO YOU DON't! If you don't pay the tax to the county and the state, they'll auction that heap right out from under you while your at work!
I just watched a video about a FIVE-YEAR-OLD getting hauled off in handcuffs. WHAT????? What's going on people?! What are we allowing to happen and how the flying-monkey-cheese-balls do we stop this? Come on Nobody! There are more of us than them aren't there? If we want changes, why do we just sit around and let 455 people keep making decisions for 50 states? I know that there are balances in place to keep them in line, but I don't think they are being employed.
Why this rant today? My kiddo is going to be the one to really suffer from these decisions that are being made left and right today.
She can't choose what she wants to put in her own body, and it's not even hers to decide if she wants it to be here or not. Don't get me wrong, I would never want that for her, but it should still be her decision when she kicks it, if she wants it to be. Why have we allowed SO MANY RIDICULOUS laws to be passed? I will claim my fault in it. I think so many, like me, have had their head buried and assumed it was none of our business really. BUT IT IS! It is very much OUR business, we live here! I've lived here my entire life! Listen Nobody, it's you and I that have to deal with the excrement that trickles down daily from those sitting on super-di-duper high horses surveying all us dumb sheep just milling about, swallowing whatever they cram in. America could have been better than this...the BEST. Now, I don't even think we come in 4th. "Land of Freedom!" HA! That's become one of my family's favorite jokes.
